Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PhonicSky, operated by [Company Legal Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PhonicSky is designed for children to use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By adding a learner profile, you confirm you are the parent/guardian of that child and consent to our processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your sign-in credentials, and the learner PIN that protects kid mode. Keep them confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• PhonicSky offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Razorpay, on a recurring basis.
• Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then.
• Refunds: except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. For billing issues, contact support@phonicsky.com.
• Price changes: we may change prices; we will give notice before changes affect your renewals.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not to: reverse-engineer or disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or resell content, or use it unlawfully.

5. Content & intellectual property

All lessons, activities, audio, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your family’s or your learners’ personal, non-commercial educational use.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update content over time.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. PhonicSky is an educational aid and does not guarantee any specific learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
